  • Our apartment is Pet Friendly (dogs, cats,...). Bowls for water and food will be made available (contact us for info on Pet rooms)

  • Beach towels, toothbrush-toothpaste set, extra slippers, daily change of towels/sheets, Dog Sitter, Car/Scooter/Bicycle/Dinghy rental,...(Paid services)

  • Private parking available in the area (via Nicolò Garzilli 40) at a cost agreed with us of €15.00 per day (or €18.00 in the case of very large cars such as SUVs).

  • Public car parking on the street: white lines always free; Blue Stripes free from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 8.00pm to 8.00am, on Sundays and holidays, for other times the cost is €1/hour (public car park managed by the Municipality of Palermo)

  • Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free in a cot. We will also provide a high chair in the living area during breakfast.

Self Service Breakfast (unitl 10:15 am)

Whether you have to run very early in the morning for a conference or prefer to take your time sipping tea, the kitchen is at your disposal... Taste our Sicilian cookies, warm a cup of milk or make your coffee... of the length you prefer.

The apartment has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen available for guests to prepare their own coffee, tea and herbal teas, heat food in the communal microwave, consumption of drinks (juices, water,..) and snacks available to guests.
Use of the kitchen other than what has just been specified is subject to availability and upon request to the Facility Manager, limits and conditions of the use of shared equipment and spaces are to be agreed upon at the time of booking or at check-in.

* The Hall Porter service is not managed by Tetide Home, this service is common to the apartments in the building and is limited to the condominium service, not exclusive to our accommodation facility. Tetide Home does not have an internal Reception service, the staff will be available at the time of your check-in, during cleaning the room in the morning and in case of special needs.​

The Transfer service we offer costs € 40 for 1 to 3 people (€ 45 for 4 people), € 45 (1-3 people) / € 50

(4 people) for night transfer service from Punta Raisi airport in Palermo.

Inside the airport it is possible to take the train to Lolli Station, a few minutes walk from us for € 5.90 per person. For timetables from Punta Raisi to Palermo Lolli, visit the website www.trenitalia.com.

The bus that takes you from the airport to the city leaves every half hour and costs € 6 per person, the stop is on request, you can get off at Piazza Croci or at the Politeama Theater. About 10 minutes on foot and you will be in via Siracusa / via E. and E. Sellerio.
