...why TETIDE?
Teti or Tetide (Tethys) in Greek mythology, daughter of Gaea and Uranus and wife of Oceanus, is the great Goddess of the sea.
In geology, the Tethys ocean derives from the name of the Goddess of the sea, which was a large ocean basin created around 250 million years ago and which separated northern Africa from Europe and Asia.
Between 20 and 12 millions of years ago the Tethys ocean closed in the central Mediterranean region.
We called our home Tethys because it was the sea that embraced all the continents and, in our imagination, the peoples who then inhabited them. Tethys brings them together from all parts of the world, they return together, to our home, as if we were that sea.

We no longer serve Breakfast, but we would never want to leave you high and dry... coffee, tea, infusions, honey, jams, rusks, snacks, dried fruits and breakfast cereals will be available for you.
You can make use of the kitchen to prepare your own coffee, tea, heat food and drinks, cook using the dishes and utensils (toaster, oven, microwave,..), you can sit in the dining room choosing one of the three tables available.
The kitchen and common room are also at your disposal for Lunch or Dinner ;)
